Return & Refund Policy

If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the quality of the item and wish to refund, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 14 days of receiving any items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, tags still attached and in original packaging or your refund could be refused.

We offer free shipping, however for returns of customers bare responsibility for shipping the item back to our store, the customer is also responsible for the shipping cost to ship the item back to us. Once we receive the item in its original packaging, you will be refunded within 20 business days through the method of payment the item was originally purchased.

  4. Your request and why you are returning the item

  4. Your request and most importantly
  5. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the item or the damaged area of the item.

The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future. We'll be happy to assist you.

Cancel Order Policy

Unfortunately since all of our orders are custom and made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production. 

Most orders go into production 1 Day after purchasing or after pre-orders close. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email cc@thetaforever.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with, and
  4. Your request.
