  • We craft each order with care, making all sales final. However, we're happy to consider exchanges for similar sizes. Refunds are only issued for quality concerns, as agreed upon between you and Theta Forever. Please note that we reserve the right to decline any return.

  • To ensure smooth processing and delivery, please double-check that your shipping and billing addresses match accurately.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. While all sales are final, we'll gladly consider exchanges for items of similar sizes, provided the original item remains unworn with tags attached and in its original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges. If your desired size is unavailable, a refund will be processed once we've assessed your return. Please bear in mind that postal costs for international exchanges are your responsibility.

Orders

  • For pre-orders, please allow up to 10 weeks for your item to be shipped. Each order is custom-made, and we appreciate your patience and support.

  • While we strive to keep our inventory up to date, items listed as in stock are subject to availability until purchased. Once your order has been processed and handled, we'll provide you with a tracking confirmation.

  • Due to high demand and limited stock, order cancellations may occur in the event of customer errors. Please note that you assume responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
